“You’re worshiping a god (Allah) who is sending you to your destruction.” Mosab Yousef. (Message to Palestinians and all Muslims.)
Mosab Yousef, the son of Sheikh Hassan Yousef, founder of Hamas, recently announced that he had converted to Christianity and condemned Islam as an evil force in the world. Before converting to Christianity, he became a spy for Israel’s Shin Bet and worked undercover as a member of Hamas.
Now that he has declared his opposition to Islam and the fact that he is now an apostate, he is a wanted man, whether he has an official fatwa (order to kill) by a cleric or not. Muslims around the world are ready to be the one to eliminate the enemy of Islam.
Jonathan Hunt of FOX News asked him about this threat to his life:
Yousef:
“They got to kill my ideas first, (and) that’s it, they’re already out. So how are they going to kill my idea? How are they going to kill the opinions that I have?…They can kill my body, but they can’t kill my soul.”
GQ interviewed Yousef about his new book “Son of Hamas” and asked him:
“We often hear President Obama, like George W. Bush before him, say that Islam isn’t our enemy, that it’s a religion of peace–that it’s violent extremists we’re in conflict with. Do you reject that?”
Yousef:
“Absolutely. I do. That is blasphemy. That is a lack of knowledge. U.S. Presidents say such things because of diplomacy, because Islam also exists in America, and they must respect people’s beliefs, respect the constitution. What I’m saying is the problem is there, in the Koran. That even if there is a good side of Islam, at the end of the day it serves evil.”
The obvious reason our president lies about Islam is oil. Without it, we wouldn’t give the Saudis the time of day. Instead, we continue to treat the Muslim world as if Islam is no more violent than the Quakers. We deal with terrorist attacks by American Muslims by explaining it away, saying that it’s not the true Islam. Or the jihadist bomber must have been mentally ill because Islam is not a violent religion. And all the while, the number of Muslims in America keeps increasing, putting our nation at risk.
And Homeland Security has too many departments and no coordination, so a coherent system of intelligence processing is not possible, as we have seen over the past year.
GQ:
“But aren’t there two sides to Christianity, as well? …Aren’t we really talking about the human failing here, not tied to a particular faith?”
Yousef:
“…This is what I’m trying to avoid. I point to the book, to the God. I am not pointing to the people. I judge and compare books and gods. In Christianity, it’s very clear that the god we worship is equal to love. The bible says, ‘God is love.’ The god we worship was sacrificed, crucified on the cross, tortured, spit on, and was still forgiving. This is our highest example.
“The god of Islam tells his people, “Beat your wives. Go Kill Christians and Jews,” This is in the Koran; it has been for 1400 years. Their god tells them to kill everybody who doesn’t believe in the god of the Koran. The problem is ideological–it’s not a people problem. Now, most Muslims don’t obey the order of god to kill infidels. This is why I say Muslims have more morality than their god. To be honest with you, I’m amazed at how Muslims keep their humanity after reading the Koran.”
To understand why Islam is associated with violence, one only has to look at the life of Muhammad and the huge influence he has on Muslim men. The Hadiths, a record of the words and deeds of the prophet,are second only to the Quran (Koran) in importance to the faithful. All Muslim men are encouraged to emulate Muhammad, whose life is considered to be the highest standard of behavior for mankind, by Muslims, that is.
The facts, though, present a different picture if we judge him by generally accepted standards of good behavior.
For example, while in exile in Medina (Yahtrib), Saudi Arabia, the prophet was ridiculed by the Jews for trying to convert them to Islam. Muhammad handled these criticisms by having his detractors assassinated. In the case of Abu Afak, a 120 year-old Jewish man who urged people to reject the false prophet, Muhammad had Salem Ibn Umayr run a sword through the elderly man while he slept.
After his murder, a Jewish poetess named Asma Marwan spoke out against Muhammad, asking who would stop him? Hearing this, another hit man, Umayr b, Adiy al-Katmi, went to the woman’s home, removed the baby she was nursing and killed her by the sword. Muhammad told the killer: “You have helped God and his apostle, O Umayr.” This became the generally accepted way of silencing the critics of Islam and the prophet.
Muhammad’s influence is evident today as those who speak negatively of either put their own lives at risk. Remember the fatwa declared by the Ayatollah Khomeini on Salmon Rushdie in 1989? He sentenced the writer to death for blasphemy and insulting Islam in his book, The Satanic Verses.
Then there was Theo van Gogh, a filmmaker who was killed by Mohammed Bouyeri, a Muslim, on an Amsterdam street in 2004 for making a film about women abused by Islam. He stated that, “If I ever get free, I would do it again.” [The reason? Van Gogh had insulted Islam.]
The list of atrocities by Muslims against Muslims and non-Muslims for merely speaking out or writing about Muslim violence fills the history of Islam. There is no tolerance in Islam.
As for peace between Israel and the Palestinians ( actually all Muslims), I wrote the article ‘No Peace for Israel-Ever’ in 2005. It caused anger and complaints from Pakistan to Uzbekistan to the United States and was briefly blocked, along with four other articles.
In addition to assassinations, Muhammad launched a jihad against Jewish villages to take care of the enemies of Islam. In April of 627, after the surrender of the Beni Quraidha near Medina, the prophet had all of the men and boys of fighting age (about 900) beheaded. His campaign wiped out most of the Jews in the area. The women and children were taken as slaves and their property divided among the Muslim army. Muhammad took Rayhana Bint Zayd, a beautiful Jewish woman, to add to his collection. Her brother, husband and father had just been beheaded by the prophet’s army of Allah.
Muhammad set the standard for beheading those who refused his religion. Muslims were emulating the prophet when they beheaded Daniel Pearl in Pakistan and Nick Berg and Paul Johnson in Iraq. For more on on this perfect example of humanity, go here.
Jonathan Hunt, FOX News: Do you believe that Israel can ever strike a peace deal with Hamas?
Yousef:
“There is no chance. Is there any chance for fire to co-exist with the water? There is no chance. Hamas can play politics for 10 years, 15 years; but ask any one of Hamas’ leaders, ‘Okay, what’s going to happen after that? Are you just going to live and co-exist with Israel forever?’ The answer is going to be no …unless they want to do something against the Koran. But it’s their ideology and they can’t just say ‘We’re not going to do it.’ So there is no chance. It’s not about Israel, it’s not about Hamas: it’s about both ideologies. There is no chance.”
Yousef explains the relationship with Israel:
“I’m not trying to defend Israel. What I’m telling my (Palestinian) nation is that Israel is just like any other state, and I want to get them out of the illusion that Jewish people are evil, and that all they want is to kill Muslims and Palestinians. I want them to understand that their biggest problem is not Israel.
“Israel can be a problem, yes. I admit that, and I agree. I am against occupation. But they blame everything on occupation. Muslims look at themselves and say, ‘We are the victim. We are under occupation. Israelis have been killing us. And we kill, but not because we love to kill.’ What I’m saying (to the Palestinians) is: Yes. You are right, you are wonderful people, but study your religion. Know who you are worshipping. You’re worshipping a god (Allah) who is sending you to your destruction.”
Any unbiased person who studies the history of Muhammad and Islam can only reach one conclusion. Yousef is simply telling the Palestinians and the world that they should take a look at every religion. If you examine Islam, all you will find is a hatred of everything that isn’t Islamic. And all that has brought us is death and sorrow.
The struggle with Islam is a zero sum game. Either a world under sharia (Islamic law) will prevail, or something better, perhaps the triumph of reason.
Since there are a number of events that are coming to fruition over the next few decades and they are all negatives, such as overpopulation and resource shortage, logic tells me there is another possible scenario in store for planet earth. We all lose. iCloud storage
