More people are coming to the conclusion that the United States is in its last days but they don’t know if there is a defining moment in which we can say our great experiment in governance is over. Finished. I’ll give you a date and time that our nation will have crossed that Rubicon. There will be no turning back and America will be in a period of coming undone as we watch. When it’s over, there will not be a geographical, political area known as the United States of America. And what’s left will be a dystopian, soul-deadening wasteland, filled with a mass of angry diversity, fighting over the scraps. A land without hope.
The defining moment will be when President Obama or his successor signs a comprehensive immigration (amnesty) bill with the mandate to encircle North America with a “common security perimeter” placing Canada, Mexico and the United States inside this new outer border. Or this legislation could be hidden in some unrelated bill, a tactic often used by members of Congress. Presently two such bills, H.R. 4321 and S. 3932, are in committee.
Both of these bills have mandates to change America’s border. Canada and Mexico are also involved in this process. As soon as the bill is signed, the Secretary of State and Secretary of Homeland Security will oversee the project and make annual reports. There is no turning back because our leaders, Republican and Democrat (OBAMA), are both working on the project. Our common internal borders, between Mexico and the United States and between Canada and the United States, would then be open to the free flow of commerce and people throughout the continent.
In order to change our borders, Congress must pass the legislation. That’s the reason this part of the legislation is not advertised to the American public. So I will present to you the documentation and connect the various groups involved with this project. There have been a number of bills presented to Congress since 2005 and the leading politician who has supported this new border and even worked with Ted Kennedy on one version, is John McCain, truly a man who speaks with a forked tongue.
This is a corporate/government partnership, under construction as we speak while some of the governing institutions are already in place. The plan for Building a North American Community was published by the three CEO organizations from all three nations in 2005, right after George W. Bush signed the SPP agreement with his counterparts in Canada and Mexico. It was considered the road map for establishing a North American Community for the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America.
In 2006 at the U.S. Department of Commerce, this trilateral group of ten CEOs, from Canada, Mexico and the United States, was established as the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC) in order to plan and advise laws and policies for this integrated trading region. Essentially Wal-Mart, GM, Whirlpool and their counterparts in Canada and Mexico would be running North America through their “advice” to the ministers and leaders in all three nations.
Basically, a large group of people are responsible for the common security perimeter that will deconstruct the United States. The following “connect the dots to the bad guys” working to replace out nation follows this path.
1. George W. Bush and the leaders of Canada and Mexico agreed to a deeper integration of North America with NAFTA Plus, the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America on March 23, 2005 at Waco, Texas.
2. The three groups of CEOs from Canada, Mexico and the United States published their Task Force plan for “Building a North American Community” shortly after. It became the road map that would bring about this united trading region of North America. The leaders of North America took this plan and are still in the process of building this single integrated continent.
3. On May 18, 2005, Judy Aita wrote an article for the U.S. Department of State (see link below) praising the integrated North American Community. In this document the State Department announces the goal for the United States:
“Establishment by 2010 of a security and economic community for North America is an ambitious but achievable goal that is consistent with this principle and, more important, buttresses the goals and values of citizens of North America…” The word for all citizens now living on the continent is North Americans.
Further down the page is “the key recommendation…for the three nations [is] to move toward establishing a common security perimeter by 2010. It is important for all three governments to commit themselves to security within that zone, thereby alleviating the need to build some barriers at our mutual borders…It implies that we understand the nature of the goods and people that are coming into the continent.” They are talking about one entity in which all citizens of North America (including Mexicans) can “live and work” anywhere on the continent. That means open internal borders for the free movement of people throughout the continent, as in the European Union.
At the bottom of the State Department page you will find full text highlighted. Click on this link. It will take you to the Council on Foreign Relations website, which is the corporate organization for the U.S. branch of the NACC. Scroll down. Click on English Version 295K PDF. Then go to page 8, which states:
“The governments of Canada, Mexico, and the United States should articulate as their long-term goal a common security perimeter for North America…Like free trade a decade ago, a common security perimeter for North America is an ambitious but achievable goal that will require specific policy, statutory, and procedural changes in all three countries.” (This legislation is in all comprehensive immigration bills.)
And from page 3:
“The Task Force is pleased to provide specific advice (to the leaders of North America) on how the partnership can be pursued and realized…To that end, the Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American Community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity. ”
“Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people (cheap labor), products, and capital will be legal, orderly, and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, just, and prosperous North America.”
This attempt to change the borders of America and the establishment of a North American Community with regional governing institutions will be based, along with other regions of the world, on international law (George W. Bush, 2008). And it will be done without the knowledge of the American people. Now President Obama has fully embraced this corporate trading region. This is why you will never see our border with Mexico secured, not matter how many American citizens continue to be murdered by illegals.
Legislation is the final connection between the State Department and the CFR plan for Building a North American Community. The latest bills, as mentioned above, are H.R. 4321 and S. 3932. Visit this site to see the actual bills and a guide showing where the mandate for a common security perimeter can be found.
For information and a guide to H.R. 4321 go here. For S. 3932 go here. A CEO member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives compares the European Union security perimeter to the common security perimeter for North America, which still has to pass Congress. If it does, every person in North America can eventually move about the continent without being asked for ID. That’s why Obama won’t secure our border with Mexico. Ever.
Americans have been discarded by corporations, the last four presidents and members of Congress. Remember NAFTA? Those in charge are about to deliver the coup de grace to the American people if they don’t wake up. And it appears they won’t.
When that happens and the legislation is signed by Obama, the downward spiral will be unleashed. That includes another 100 million more immigrants, many from Mexico, who will be here in less than thirty years. They hate whites and say they will send us back to Europe. Of course, as promised, Spanish will be the language spoken in a large and growing part of the United States.
And our nation will become Balkanized, with Americans defending their land from illegal invaders as the U.S. Government becomes overwhelmed and ineffective in maintaining order. This overcrowded nation will become ungovernable. And as America goes, so goes the world.
Definition of a Community: A group of people living in the same locality under the same government.
