North American Summit 2012: North American Integration, End of the First Amendment, Coming soon

President Obama has been giving the American citizen plenty of evidence that he is deconstructing our nation to the point where it will no longer be recognizable, to the point where it will no longer exist. The first big step is a North American Community with shared sovereignty and a North American perimeter (North American border is under construction). Then historians can begin recording  the decline and fall of the United States of America. The destruction was planned. And many around the world will approve.

The three leaders of North America were in Washington, using carefully chosen words to describe progress on North American integration so far and plans for the future integration of the Americas at this latest North American summit in Washington (April 4, 2012). Geri Word, who, with working groups, began the process of integrating much of North America at the Department of Commerce under George W. Bush, is now continuing the integration of the continent under Barack Obama. (Americans still don’t know and apparently don’t want to know.)

It was originally known as the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) and was signed by George W. Bush, Vicente Fox of Mexico and Paul Martin of Canada at Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005.

Nothing’s changed but the culprits have changed the name of the project from the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America to the North American summit. Secrecy, with help from the news media, keeps Americans ignorant of the crime being undertaken against our nation.

Wikileaks has a State Department message (2005) from our ambassador in Canada to Washington which reveals advice on keeping the citizens unaware of their project to integrate North America. They really are deconstructing your America “incrementally”, following the long process of deception that allowed the integration of the European Union, all the while lying to their citizens.

(Since 2005, I have written about regional and global governance and predicted the end of the United States as a sovereign nation, the implementation of a North American perimeter around the continent [Obama announced this on Feb. 5, 2011] and the interior borders opened to the free flow of people. Mexicans, Canadians, and Americans will have the right to live and work anywhere in North America, and cheap labor will replace American workers. Biometric ID cards will be mandatory for all Americans and citizens of the Americas [the Western Hemisphere]. Without your special biometric identifier, you will not be able to conduct business of any kind. According to an authority and part of this new system of citizen control, without that unique card, “you won’t exist.”

Biometric ID cards are nearing completion for the Americas and was initiated for North America by Mexican President Calderon in 2011. All information on citizens of the Americas would be on interconnected data bases throughout the 34 nations of the Americas (Western Hemisphere) and that is scheduled for completion by 2015. Canada, the U.S., and Mexico will also be part of this region called the Partnership for Prosperity in the Americas, a project started by George W. Bush and taken over by Barack Obama. See the last three paragraphs of the Leaders Statement, then read the complete first page of this link.)

President Obama, President Calderon of Mexico and Prime Minister Harper of Canada have left no doubt in their ‘Joint Statement by the three North American leaders’ at the summit that they will pursue this trading region of North America all the way to completion. And some time this century all memories of America (USA) will be erased, replaced by no-go zones. Travel at your own risk.

In the first paragraph of the joint  statement the “three leaders” state:

“We reaffirm our commitment to further develop our thriving ‘political’ and ‘economic’ partnership with a consistent and strategic long-term vision, as progress on our common agenda directly benefits the peoples of our region.”

PARTNERSHIP-definition: United with another. A partnership participates in a relationship in which each member has equal status. In this case the United States, Canada, and Mexico share “political sovereignty”. (New World Order definitions)

(A partnership means the three partners are one and they will act like one entity, one region, regulated by their trade agreement and its regional agencies appointed by the leaders, with  continued advice by CEOs (NACC) from all three countries. Governance will be with the trade agreements, appointed agencies-and international law that all three members, including the United States, will agree to accept.)

In their joint statement, the three governments have introduced regional councils-more North American appointed agencies to regulate continental activity. The leaders: “have launched the US-Mexico-High-level Regulatory Cooperation Council and the U.S.-Canada Regulatory Cooperation Council during the past two years…”

“By eliminating unnecessary regulatory differences, smaller businesses are better equipped to participate in an ‘integrated’  North American economy. Success in these efforts opens the way to additional North American regulatory cooperation.” (bypassing the U.S. Congress.

INTEGRATION-Definition: the combining or coordinating of separate  parts or elements into a unified whole. (No more sovereign, independent USA.)

The complete integration of North America will be accomplished “incrementally,” following in the path of the European Union. These regulatory councils, agencies and the integration of other government organizations will lead to the complete control of the continent. Legislation for building the North American Community travels from American CEOs at the North American Competitiveness Council to our ministers, and then to Congress.

The legislation (scroll down for initial CEO members) comes from the 10 appointed CEOs of the NACC, North American Competitiveness Council. That also includes 10 each from Mexico and Canada. Members of the North American Competitiveness Council have dropped the name but they still function as the key source of advice and legislation for our U.S. Congress concerning the integration of the continent. Did you vote for them?

INCREMENTALLY-Definition: building or changing by small advances. (Wikileaks exposed the plan (2005) of North American leaders to integrate the continent incrementally, slowly, quietly, so the public won’t realize it’s taking place.)

Our “ministers” from the U.S.  are the Secretary of State, Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of Commerce.

Barack Obama’s NORTH AMERICAN PERIMETER, the death knell for America:

This next initiative from the three leaders is crucial for the final integration of North America, the last step before a union of  the continent. Obama announced on Feb. 5, 2011 that the U.S. and Canada would construct a North American perimeter around the two nations in order to speed up the flow of people and commerce throughout Canada and the United States. See the CFR  statements for building a North American Community, the key to this integration of North America. George Bush and Barack Obama have both used this document. You can find it on pp. 3, 8, and 32 in the link above.

Page 3:

“We (the Task Force) “…propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders (George W. Bush et al)…Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people , products , and capital will be legal, orderly, and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous  North America.

Page 8:

“Like free trade a decade ago, a common security perimeter for North America is an ambitious but achievable goal that will require specific policy, statutory, and procedural changes in all three countries.’

Barack Obama, without Congressional approval, is moving forward on his goal of an integrated North America, concurrent with the integration of the 34 nations of the Americas, the ‘Partnership for Prosperity in the Americas.’ Read the last three paragraphs of the Three Leaders Statement in which the completion of the Partnership for Prosperity in the Americas is given priority. It will be our European Union, 34 nations with shared sovereignty and ruled by a hemispheric trade agreement. That means more cheap labor and no remedy for labor or environmental disputes for any trade agreement we have.

If you read the statements put out by Obama, you will find that a number of these projects came from the Council on Foreign Relations  plan for Building a North American Community, along with governing institutions. Obama has added more governing agencies since he was elected and has picked up the pace as if he were trying to make it a fait accompli.

Mexico is included in the perimeter with another bilateral agreement that would proceed at a slower pace until the Mexicans deal with their internal problems. The USNORTHCOM, a trinational military, government and civilian organization, is utilized when called on. USNORTHCOM advisers are currently aiding Mexico with their problems.

Three Leaders:

“Continued North American competitiveness requires secure supply chains and efficient borders. We remain committed to achieving this through cooperative approaches. To this end, the United States and Mexico  released the declaration Concerning Twenty-First Century Border Management in May 2010 and the United States and Canada released Beyond the Border Action Plan: A Shared Vision for Perimeter Security and Economic Competitiveness in December 2011.” An earlier version (03/2010) of the U.S./Mexico agreement is U.S.-Mexico: A New Border Vision.

Three Leaders:

“We are committed to the mutually- reinforcing goals of these important initiatives and to their full implementation ( including a North American perimeter). By also supporting the work of multilateral organizations to foster collaboration, immigration and standards, we better identify and interdict threats before they reach our borders, as well as expedite the legitimate  movement of goods and people throughout North America in a more efficient, secure, resilient manner. We have also instructed our trade and commerce ‘MINISTERS’  to identify sectors where we can deepen our regional cooperation through increased trade and investment.”

The leaders also talk about wider integration with the Americas. The final regional integration includes the Western Hemisphere with a secretariat in Miami and more profits for corporations:

Three Leaders:

“Enhanced electricity interconnection in the Americas would advance the goals of the Energy and Climate  Partnership  of the Americas to reduce energy poverty and increase the use of renewable sources of energy.” They are talking about selling our North American energy to Central America and the Caribbean.

Obama supports the memberships of Canada and Mexico in the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime, which makes it possible to incarcerate citizens for their speech in any manner, including over the internet.

From the Joint Statement:

“As our societies and economies become reliant on networked technology, we recognize the importance of an open, interoperable, secure, and reliable internet. We reinforce the importance of multi-stakeholder governance bodies for the Internet and underscore that fighting cybercrime is essential to promoting growth and international security. We recognize the seminal contribution of the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime, and believe the Convention should be adopted as widely as possible. To that end, we look forward to Canada’s ratification and Mexico’s completion of the necessary preparations for its signature of the Convention.” The U.S. became a member in force on Jan.1, 2007.

There is also the “Protocol to the (Budapest) Convention on Cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist  and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems. “  It has provisions for the member nations to criminalize such behavior.

Chapter II-Measures to be taken at national level

Article 3 – Dissemination of racist and xenophobic material through computer systems.

1. Each Party (nation) shall adopt such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish as criminal offenses under law, when committed intentionally and without right, the following the conduct: distributing, or otherwise making available, racist and xenophobic material to the public through a computer system. See more.

The European Union and other member nations of the Convention on Cybercrime have some strict laws for what we consider freedom of speech. For example, a professor was charged with the crime of denying the Holocaust. He was found guilty and  sentenced to 3 years in an Austrian prison but could have received 10 years for simply saying, “the Holocaust never happened”.

But you say we have the First Amendment and it can’t happen here. A young girl name Megan was harassed over the internet and committed suicide. Democratic Representative Linda Sanchez of California submitted legislation but it was never passed. The law called for imprisonment for up to two years and could be utilized to cover a wide group of acts, depending on the alleged victim. Read this for a journey into a nightmare world and see what passes for an injured, hurt, intimidated, victim- even if the offending party was telling the truth. Also read these New World Order horror stories from a European source.

An example:

“…in May 2005, the Union of Islamic Communities in Italy (UCOII), linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, filed a lawsuit against (Oriana) Fallaci (a journalist), charging that ‘some of the things she said in her book- The Force of Reason- are offensive to Islam.”

So a judge ordered her to stand trial for  “defaming Islam.” She died, though, in September of 2006 before the trial started.

When free speech becomes a crime in the U.S., and it will, I will be one of the first to be imprisoned for distributing  the documented truth.

The Budapest Convention will be the norm for the future. Once we cross the Rubicon, our First Amendment will be history. No criticism allowed. Eventually Obama or another president, Republican or Democrat, will enforce this draconian nightmare of the New World Order. Remember, all regions must be “harmonized” with other regions of the world, based on international law. With that in place, you can bet that all nonconforming websites will be blocked, even though their criticism is true.

And the idea of free speech will have vanished down the “memory hole.”

Read the Three Leaders complete statement carefully and check the resources on this site. It’s a look at the end of your world.
