Throughout the 1960s, riots were breaking out across America and help was called up from the national guards and federalized U.S. Army troops to control the violence and deaths. In 1964 Watts, California national guards were stationed at intersections and used mounted machine guns to stop the rioters in vehicles. In 1967 the national guard and 4,700 soldiers of the 82nd Airborne were utilized to stop the riots in Detroit and again, dozens were killed in the fighting. (photo from Watts.)
Now President Obama is making the U.S. military forces and those of Canada and Mexico a permanent force to carry out duties of policing, dealing with civil unrest, or combat if needed.
When the two terrorists bombed the Boston Marathon recently, the President called up police, national guard units, some active military, intelligence branches and various agencies to address the situation. And a large urban area was shut down, affecting places far from the crime scene.
While millions of citizens were told to confine yourself to your house, SWAT teams went through neighborhoods with submachine guns. They knocked on homes and asked if they could search your house. Of course they could. No search warrant? No cause? No problem. Of course, if you refuse.
Get ready because in the future, Homeland Security and USNORTHCOM will be the most prominent force in any part of America. Obama’s police state will be ready to act with cameras everywhere and literally many thousands of drones looking down daily on anyone they want. No search warrant.
Some critics “believe President Barack Obama and others in government wish to blur the line between policing and war fighting. Indeed, he is just beginning to build what will be the complete police state, topped off with all citizens of North America forced to have a biometric ID card. The number of that card would be your ID. Without it, you won’t exist. The date for complying is 2015 for everyone in North America. By the way, The date for all 34 nations of the Americas to have biometric ID cards is also 2015. It’s a UN thing.
President Obama and Prime Minister Harper also agreed to construct a North American perimeter around Canada and the U.S., and later with Mexico.
President Obama is working toward completing the North American perimeter and the opening of our interior borders between Mexico and the U.S. and between Canada and the U.S. He is also putting together a security apparatus that will include the integration of the Canadian and Mexican military and police with American forces. Mexican forces might someday find themselves responding to emergencies on American soil, involving armed American terrorists (or patriots) on that side. More below.
George W. Bush started work on the perfect police state in 2005, an integrated region of North America, a place where everyone will know you by your biometric ID card because you won’t be able to “buy or sell” or do anything on the continent without your ID. Your ID, in fact, everyone living in North America, can be accessed in North America through databases.
The Bush plan to construct this complete police state needed another Pearl Harbor (9/11) to hit America so that he could bring this trading region of North America to fruition. It would now be easier to construct a continent that moves toward a police state. The working name for this new world is the North American Community, put together by CEOs from all three nations- Canada, Mexico and the United States. The three leaders signed the agreement on March 23, 2005 and began with working groups from all 3 countries. The construction at the U.S. Department of Commerce is still in business with Geri Word still in charge. She is now working on Obama’s North American perimeter around Canada and the United States.
The goal for the continent is for all three countries to build their part of the North American perimeter and declare that they have “operational control of their border”. All amnesty bills by Bush had this wording in every immigration amnesty bill but none of them passed. Meanwhile, President Calderon , former leader of Mexico, launched a war on the drug cartels in 2006, which is still going on with no end in sight. After Bush met with Calderon, the US. Congress agreed to the Merida Initiative, which would send American advisers and money to Mexico and change the corrupt and inept government, including the legal institutions, police, and military.
When President Obama won election in 2008, he agreed with Bush to continue this plan to bring Mexico up to the level of a modern state, with the goal of declaring operational control over its borders-its perimeter. When all three nations have operational control of their borders, the common borders between the United States and Mexico, and between the United States and Canada, can be opened because all citizens of North America will have their biometric ID and everyone in North America will be accounted for. And the citizens of North America can “live and work ” anywhere on the continent. See pages 27, 28 on the North American Community below.
The Council on Foreign Relations plan for Building a North American Community is the road map for this police state and can be found here. The biometric ID (REAL ID) was pushed through Congress after 9/11 and the beginning of the disappearance of our civil rights, along with the 4th Amendment. It’s still in the development phase. Mexico has recently (Feb. 2011) ordered that all citizens of Mexico between 5 and 18 years of age begin to acquire their biometric ID now. The reason? When law and order is regained, this is the age group that will be crossing the border and entering the job market in the United States, which is the goal of CEOs throughout the continent. They can now compete with China and more American workers can join the permanent unemployment line.
OBAMA DECIDES TO BUILD THE SECURITY PERIMETER FOR CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES
After a few years in office, Obama decided to go ahead and build part of the North American perimeter around Canada and the United States without Congressional permission. His announcement was released from the White House and the next day in Montreal with Prime Minister Harper. For evidence you can see an example from the CFR plan for a North American Community describing the plan for this common security perimeter, which would end the existence of our nation if the open borders are completed:
Obama and Prime Minister Harper of Canada decided not to wait for Mexico but proceed to building a North American Perimeter for the two neighbors, integrating police, local and national governments, with eventual free travel between the two nations. Other bilateral agreements between Mexico and the U.S. will help Mexico construct a modern system of highways for rapid movement across the Mexican/US border. That includes pre-cleared people, trucks, trains, and cars. Obama plans to slowly merge Mexico into this continental perimeter, a new outer “shared” border for all three nations.
I will first show the Council on Foreign Relations plan for building this North American perimeter (pages 3, 8, 32 link above), then the announcement by Obama from the White House on February 4, 2011, followed by the announcement on February 5, 2011, then a U.S. Department of State document (2005) declaring the importance of the integration of North America and the North American perimeter:
The CFR Plan for a North American perimeter, which has been utilized by Bush and now Obama:
“We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that ‘our security and prosperity are mutually dependent and complementary.’”
“It’s boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people. products, and capital will be legal, orderly, and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America.” (CFR plan, pages 3, 8, 32)
Now the White House announcement by President Obama on February 4, 2011:
“To preserve and extend the benefits our close relationship has helped bring to Americans and Canadians alike, we intend to pursue a perimeter approach to security, working together within, at, and away from the borders of our two countries to enhance our security and accelerate the legitimate flow of people, goods, and services between our two countries. We intend to do so in partnership, and in ways that support economic competitiveness, job creation, and prosperity. (Partnership translates to integration.)
From The Wall Street Journal account of the North American Perimeter on February 5, 2011:
“U.S, President Obama and Prime Minister Stephen Harper unveiled an initiative Friday that aims to integrate the two countries more closely in security and trade, taking a big step toward redefining their common border.
“The plan calls for deeper collaboration in areas from cargo-screening methods to intelligence-sharing inside their common shared perimeter. It calls for standards for biometrics in screening travelers entering through the U.S. and Canada, and seeks to integrate the system for tracking those entering and leaving the countries.”
“We commit to expanding our management of the border to the concept of a North American perimeter-not to replace or eliminate the border, but where possible to streamline and deconjest it.”
NOTE: Obama’s CFR plan for a police state does call for the “free flow of people” across the interior borders. Once all nations borders are “under operational control”, then all three nations can open up their common interior borders between Canada and the United States and between Mexico and the United States. The CFR plan calls for all citizens of North America to be able to “live and work” anywhere on the continent (pages 27,28). The interior borders will vanish for all citizens of North America.
This continental perimeter is borrowed from the European Union and is called the Schengen Accord. The EU is currently using it so citizens of all nations within the outer perimeter of the the EU (and approved visitors) don’t have to be stopped at any national border once inside the perimeter. No one will ask for your ID once you remain within the outer security perimeter of the EU. And North Americans will do the same. You will be tracked by your biometric card on interconnected databases as you use your ID card for business or travel. They can know your patterns once the system is in place. That will also include citizens of the Americas’ 34 nations.
Finally the U.S. Department of State info (Condoleezza Rice 2005) article on the importance of building the North American Community and the common security perimeter around the continent:
“Establishment by 2010 of a security and economic community for North America is an ambitious but achievable goal that is consistent with this principle and, more important , buttresses the goals and values of citizens of North America…”
“The key recommendation—was for the three nations to move toward establishing a common security perimeter by 2010.” “It is important for all three governments to commit themselves to security within that zone, thereby alleviating the need to build some barriers at out mutual borders…”
Note: It means that Obama will construct new temporary upgrades for border crossings and, once security for North America has been accomplished and the North American perimeter is in place, citizens of the continent will have free travel throughout and the right to live anywhere they wish.
Our leaders, from Bush to Obama, are quite clear on their intentions.
The task of constructing this police state will now be handled by Secretary of State John Kerry and Janet Napolitano. Security will be provided by the police and military of an integrated North America. USNORTHCOM will consist, among others, police and military from Canada, Mexico and the United States. Headquarters is in Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. Training Mexicans includes training in civil governance, justice, police and the military in Mexico, and also across the border in bases in the U.S., from Texas to North Carolina.
NOTICE: This section below provides the relationship among our partners. USNORTHCOM deleted an important section from my article after I published it. In this article is also an account of the first U.S. Army Brigade back from Iraq that was permanently assigned to duty in the United States by Bush in the fall of 2008. Part of the soldiers training includes response to “civil unrest” in North America. More soldiers will be added to this training as they return from combat. It will give you an idea of how few, if any, rights you will have left. Obama and any following president, democrat or republican, will continue to increase control of what you can say and do.
The paragraph below is from USNORTHCOM. It was deleted from my article by them but you can read now what they didn’t want you to know.
Mexican officers learning to work as a team with Americans and Canadians:
“Our commands (NORAD and NORTHCOM) fully rely on the relationship we maintain with partners such as Canada, Mexico, and myriad agencies. While we have multiple partners and stakeholders, we are united in purpose to provide increased security and defense of North America. We still capitalize on the experience, expertise and capabilities of our potential partners, incorporating these into our plans, training exercises and operations. Whether operating in a supported or supporting role (depending on which part of North America the disaster, combat, or civil unrest is occurring-my words), the forces employed for homeland defense or civil support must be able to work with every government, Service, and agency that provides members to serve in homeland and continental defense operations.” Also see NORTHCOM, Canada Command release fraction of new Canada-U.S. military pact. And “be wary of using military as police.”
We could have Mexican soldiers attacking armed Americans (civilians) across our border in support of USNORTHCOM, Homeland Security.
Much of the work for the integration of North America is done or in the process of making it so. The goal is to “lay the groundwork for the freer flow of people within North America.” That security system for the continent is under construction now.
LAW ENFORCEMENT and MILITARY COOPERATION:
“Security cooperation among the three countries should also extend to cooperation on counter terrorism and law enforcement, which would include the establishment of a trinational threat intelligence center, the development of trinational ballistics and explosives registration, and joint training for law enforcement officials.” (page 10)
NOTE: You should realize that the citizens of North America, the whole continent, will not have the right to bear arms on the continent. This is an international goal for these new regions. And this new security apparatus for North America will have this tri-lateral security (military) force that will enforce this continental restriction on guns. And if you accept your biometric ID, they will know where you are and where you’ve been. But if you don’t have an ID card, you don’t exist. You can’t exist.
Free speech with exceptions, like the European Union has now, is ready to be implemented over time with North America and the Western Hemisphere. Violation of this new “free speech” can bring you a heavy fine and prison time for three years or more just for your speech, even if it’s true speech.
TRAINING FOR A NORTH AMERICAN SECURITY FORCE:
Canada and the United States are already members of military organizations, such as NATO, plus a history of working together but Mexico was supposed to be integrated at a different pace.
Since “Mexico is not a NATO member and does not share the same history of military cooperation”, it was scheduled to begin training at a slower pace. It was to “begin with confidence-building dialogue and information exchanges, moving gradually to further North American cooperation on issues such as joint threat assessment, peacekeeping operations, and eventually, a broader defense structure for the continent.” (Page 10) But the timeline has been moved up.
It means that Mexico will learn to work with Canada and the United States as full members of a security organization to defend North America from foreign attacks as well as respond to other disasters, including epidemics, earthquakes and man made disasters (terrorists). I have added civil unrest, insurrections and ethnic violence since, as noted, U.S. Army units returning from war zones have been trained and assigned to duty in North America for Homeland Security duties, such as “civil unrest” and more challenging tasks as guns will be confiscated eventually.
The first noticeable sign of a trilateral effort to aid a member nation was in 2005 when the U.S. allowed Mexican troops to bring a convoy of disaster supplies from Mexico for American refugees in New Orleans and carry out relief efforts. This merger of police and military organizations of the three nations is clearly spelled out in the plan for a North American Community. And this convoy was designed for that particular purpose. (See photo.)
As a result of the Mexican war against the drug cartels, Mexico had no time to go at a slower pace. Today, training for the three nations is ongoing since the Merida Initiative was passed by Congress. And the drug war continues with ever more atrocities committed and no end in sight. ( Our government says there are 250 Mexican drug cartel distribution centers all across the United States. Why are we helping Mexico when we have no control over our own border?)
OBAMA CONTINUES USNORTHCOM AID TO MEXICO
Under President Obama, aid and training is continuing both in the U.S. and in Mexico with hopes of bringing an end to the war with the drug cartels and bringing the Mexican government and military up to modern standards. Then the integration into a single region with cheap labor for North America, working and living anywhere on the continent, will be the dream finish for all CEOs, the very people who designed this trading region. And this new order will be in complete control over us, we, the people.
When the interior borders are open to the free flow of people, all Mexicans will have their biometric ID cards (so will Americans and Canadians). Now guess where most of the Mexicans will go. And when they arrive here, they will take American jobs. And the wages will go down. Benefits will disappear. More techs and engineers will come over on VISA work permits. This is happening now. It will only get worse. Thus the police state.
The population of our nation will rise by 138 million to 200 million people by 2050. For many more Americans there will be no jobs at all, not now, not ever. Unless you want to work cheap. Most of them will be from Mexico and they hate white Americans. The hatred and violence will cause ethnic wars between groups, one big reason to confiscate your guns. That is why army combat units returning to America are training to deal with “civil unrest” as large groups of hostile Americans will not give up their guns in a nation filled with 50 to 100 million unemployed. Violence? Guaranteed.
(Photo: Mexican Brown Berets and over 500 Mexicans are attacking their white counterpart at Home Depot, a safe haven for illegal aliens at Riverside, CA. and across America.)
This will happen whether or not the integration of North America occurs. The reason?
There will be no more American citizens. Geographically, the United States will be unofficially divided up into hostile areas, with extreme violence becoming the norm. There will simply be no unified people in a region where water is scarce, food is running out because of overpopulation, and a climate wreaking havoc- a place where premature death is common. And the United States, de facto, no longer exists.
The CEOs and politicians of America will know then what overpopulation and multiculturalism is really all about, especially when the norms of civil behavior are no longer practiced. The date-by 2050.
More bad news. If this new amnesty bill, S744, passes in Congress, many millions more Mexicans will arrive, taking more jobs from Americans and causing wages to drop. More fuel on the fire. You could say that Obama, just like Romney would have done, are both working for America’s CEOs.
